Heading up Century 21 Mammoth Realty’s Property Management Division is Pam Mowat.

Pam has over 23 years in the Hospitality/Property management field and brings her vibrant personality and expertise to the Century 21 Mammoth team. Pam serves as the Leasing Agent, screens applicants, and prepares and signs leases.  She also works with sales and investment clients, utilizing her knowledge of the income property market to maximize rent and return on investment.  Pam’s knowledge of the Mammoth market started in 1997 when she was the Owner Relations and headed up the rental management for all the Intrawest properties here in Mammoth.

The property management operations are further supported by our reception and bookkeeping staffs, who receive cross-functional training to bring comprehensive understanding of the business to their work.  We also consult with local attorneys as needed.
