Nancy Davidson fell in love with the Eastern Sierra in the summer of 1976. After graduating college in her home town of Long Beach, she came up to Mammoth to visit a friend and to celebrate the Bi-centennial. Within two weeks, she was living here full time, and doing what most newcomers do – working several jobs to make ends meet. In the 80’s, Nancy moved from Mammoth Lakes to Lake Arrowhead where she started her own successful real estate construction and design firm. In 1993 Nancy decided she missed the spectacular scenery and friendly people and moved back to Mammoth. In 2004, Nancy bought a home in Round Valley, where she actively pursues one of her many passions, gardening. You can also see her hiking , skiing and enjoying the outdoors.
In 1997, Nancy joined the Century 21 Mammoth Realty team, and feels that it was the best choice she could have made. Since joining this office, she has won the Outstanding Achievement Award and became a member of the Master’s Award Club Club. In 2004 she achieved exceptional sales volume, and received the coveted Centurion designation designation, awarded to only the top 1% of Century 21 agents worldwide, plus she was the Top Sales Associate in her office. In 2005, Nancy outdid her previous accomplishments by becoming a Double Centurion Centurion, selling $16.5 million and the Top Producing Agent at Century 21 Mammoth Realty. Again in 2006 she was a top producer selling over $12 million. She received this award once more for 2007 and additionally, received the rarely given Quality Service Award for outstanding service to her clients. Despite tough economic conditions, Nancy has continued to provide results for her clients and maintain her top producer status in 2008 and 2009. |
